Open competition for inclusion in the talent pool for senior groups of administrative positions
In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On State Civil Service and Municipal Service” and the Regulation on the procedure for forming and maintaining the talent pool for principal and senior administrative positions of the state civil service and municipal service, approved by Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 43 of 13 February 2026, the Department of Precious Metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic announces an open competition for inclusion in the talent pool for senior groups of administrative positions.
Higher education in the fields of “Economics” and “Humanities”.
At least 1 (one) year of combined state and/or municipal service, or at least 3 (three) years of work experience in the relevant professional field.

- expressing ideas clearly and building working relationships;
- command of business etiquette.
The following documents must be attached to the application in electronic (scanned) form:
- a document confirming higher professional education (primary and additional, if any), including annexes;
- employment record book, including inserts;
- a document confirming an academic degree or academic title (if any);
- a certificate of professional development (if any).
Candidates whose documents and contact details (telephone number, e-mail address) are provided correctly and accurately are invited to take part in the open competition. Candidates who have not submitted the full set of documents or who do not meet the established requirements may not participate. Candidates admitted to the examination will be additionally informed of its place and time.

Information Technology Specialist
The Department of Precious Metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Information Technology Specialist.
Higher professional education in information technology, information systems, computer science, software engineering or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in information technology. Experience in state bodies is an advantage.
The candidate is expected to have knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- administration of local networks, configuration of network equipment and uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure;
- installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, office equipment and software;
- information security and data protection;
- work with electronic document management systems and state information systems;
- maintenance and technical support of the Department’s official website;
- knowledge of the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic on informatisation and information security;
- command of the state and official languages.
- keeping the Department’s computers, server and network equipment in working order;
- technical support for staff on software and hardware matters;
- administration and maintenance of the Department’s official website;
- information security and data backup;
- configuration and support of electronic document management systems;
- interaction with state information systems and portals;
- record keeping and servicing of computers and office equipment;
- carrying out assignments of the Department’s management within their competence.
