The candidate must have knowledge and skills in the following areas:

• Administration of local networks, configuration of network equipment and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure;
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware, office equipment and software;
• Ensuring information security and data protection;
• Working with electronic document management systems and government information systems;
• Maintenance and technical support of the Department’s official website;
• Knowledge of the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of informatization and information security;
• Proficiency in the state and official languages.

• Ensuring the operability of the Department’s computer hardware, server and network equipment;
• Technical support for staff on the use of software and equipment;
• Administration and maintenance of the Department’s official website;
• Ensuring information security and data backup;
• Configuration and support of electronic document management systems;
• Interaction with government information systems and portals;
• Recording and servicing of computer and office equipment;
• Carrying out instructions from the Department’s management within the scope of competence.
