To complete the registration process, the applicant submits a set of documents to the authorized body for the accounting of precious metals. The composition of the set depends on the type of operation.

Export of Raw Commodities

Except in the cases provided for in paragraph 21 of the Procedure for the export from and import into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of ores, concentrates and waste containing precious metals and associated recoverable metals.

  1. Letter of application

    Indicating the name of the raw commodity and its quantity in units of measurement.

  2. Right to use subsoil

    A copy of the document confirming the right to use subsoil for the purpose of developing the mineral deposit at which the exported raw commodity was extracted.

  3. Ownership of the goods for purchasers

    A copy of the document confirming ownership of the exported raw commodities — for persons who purchased the raw commodities.

  4. Foreign trade contract

    A copy of the contract or agreement.

  5. Sampling report and test protocol

    Issued by the Central Laboratory of the authorized body for subsoil use.

  6. Economic data

    Information on the export of raw commodities.

Export of Ore on a Toll Basis to EAEU Countries

With subsequent re-import into the Kyrgyz Republic.

  1. Letter of application

    Indicating the name of the raw commodity and its quantity in units of measurement.

    A copy of the document confirming the right to use subsoil for the purpose of developing the mineral deposit from which the exported raw commodity was extracted.

Electronic Permit Document

The basis for issuing an electronic permit document (licence, conclusion, permit) is a positive expert conclusion for the export, import or transit of specific goods and dual-use products, issued by an expert organization under the “single window” principle.
