5. 5 Register of receipt and sale of placer gold and gold-bearing concentrate The register must be numbered, bound and registered with the state body authorised in the field of production, use, circulation, accounting and storage of precious metals, precious stones and articles made from them, and of operations involving such valuables within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. 6 Documents confirming the representative’s authority A decision, minutes or application on the appointment of the head of the legal entity, together with a power of attorney to represent the supplier’s interests.
