Procurement of placer gold and gold-bearing concentrate

- 1 Certificate of special registration A copy of the document.
- 2 Certificate of no outstanding tax liabilities
- 3 Documents for the premises Confirming ownership or another lawful basis for holding the premises required to carry out the declared activity.
- 4 Calibration certificates for measuring instruments Copies of the documents.
- 5 Register of receipt and sale of placer gold and gold-bearing concentrate The register must be numbered, bound and registered with the state body authorised in the field of production, use, circulation, accounting and storage of precious metals, precious stones and articles made from them, and of operations involving such valuables within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- 6 Documents confirming the representative’s authority A decision, minutes or application on the appointment of the head of the legal entity, together with a power of attorney to represent the supplier’s interests.

Maintaining strict records of the receipt of placer gold and gold-bearing concentrate and of all operations carried out with them.
Refining and sale
Refining the gold-bearing concentrate at appropriate facilities and selling it as finished products on the domestic market.
Inventory of balances
Carrying out an inventory of placer gold and gold-bearing concentrate balances within the established deadlines.
Quarterly reporting
Submitting a report on the purchase and sale of placer gold and gold-bearing concentrate to the authorised state body, using the form approved by that body.
Gold purchase offices
To purchase placer gold and gold-bearing concentrate from individual prospectors, legal entities set up gold purchase offices.
Quarterly reporting deadline
The report is submitted quarterly, by the 25th day of the month following the reporting period.
