To be placed on special registration, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs submit the following documents to the authorized state body.

  1. Application

    Submitted through the DPM AIS online portal.

  2. Special registration card

    Completed in the prescribed form.

  3. Certificate of state registration

    A copy of the certificate of state registration of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur.

    Branches of foreign legal entities, their accredited representative offices and organizations with foreign investment submit a copy of the document confirming state registration in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

  4. Identity document

    A copy.

  5. Registration with the tax authorities

    A copy of the document confirming registration with the tax authorities at the applicant’s place of registration.

  6. Constituent documents legal entities only
    • the decision to establish the legal entity;
    • the charter of the legal entity;
    • copies of permit documents (a licence — if this type of activity is subject to licensing in accordance with the legislation on the licensing and permit system);
    • information on the beneficial owner of the legal entity.
  7. Document for the premises

    A copy of the document confirming ownership or another lawful basis for possessing the premises required to conduct operations with precious metals and precious stones — on the basis of ownership, operational management, lease or sublease.

  8. Criminal record certificate individual entrepreneurs only

    A certificate on whether the person has been subject to criminal prosecution and on the presence or absence of a criminal record in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The documents specified in paragraph 7 of these Regulations are submitted to the authorized state body in electronic format through the state portal of electronic services.
