The Department of Precious Metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, in accordance with the Regulation on the State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for the sale of precious metals to domestic jewelry manufacturers, has initiated the purchase of precious metals from entities operating in the sphere of precious metals circulation to replenish the State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The commencement of purchases is an important stage in the development of the state management system for precious metals and is aimed at supporting domestic producers, as well as developing the internal market for precious metals.
The implementation of this mechanism will ensure effective interaction between the state and entities conducting operations with precious metals, and will also create additional conditions for the circulation of precious metals within the country.
