The Department of Precious Metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic sells precious metals from the State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Kyrgyz Republic.

How trading works
- Electronic trading systemTrading takes place in the electronic trading system of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
- Submitting a bidA participant submits a bid to purchase the precious metal.
- Admission and determination of the winnerAdmission of participants, determination of the winner and registration of the transaction are handled by the electronic trading system.
- Setting the starting priceThe starting price is based on the evening fixing of the London Bullion Market Association and the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
